The Recursive CEE Forum returns to ViennaUP with an even stronger focus on outcomes**.**
Expect a program built around discussion and targeted introductions between founders, investors, corporates, policymakers, and ecosystem builders from across Europe.
With this forum we aim to spark meaningful discussions between regions, showcase inspiring solutions, strategies and partnerships, and drive further collaboration across the CEE ecosystem.
Founders can meet investors and learn how companies are scaling across Europe. Investors can discover startups and identify emerging opportunities. Corporates can connect with potential partners. Policymakers can exchange approaches to supporting innovation and cross-border collaboration.
The 2026 edition will welcome around 600 participants, including 7 country delegations, and will focus on AI in Europe, cross-border collaboration, technology transfer, EU regulation, and the future of investing, with additional attention to energy, health, fintech, robotics, and defense.
