Speaker: Michael 'Misha' Kowatschew – Founder @ Heizma

Michael Kowatschew is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and climate advocate.

As co-founder of Heizma, he is helping accelerate the carbon-neutral transformation of single-family homes through heat pumps and photovoltaic solutions. Heizma also operates four in-house installation and electrical companies, raising the bar for quality and execution across the industry.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Michael backs startups as an investor at morgen ventures and serves as a scout for Sequoia Capital.

Earlier in his career, he was President of Sigma Squared, founded NOVID20 — the company behind Europe’s first automated contact tracing app — and competed as a karate athlete.
